1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is in the same condition as received
- The item is unused and unworn
- All original tags are attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the issue is confirmed:
- TidyAura will cover 100% of return shipping costs
- You may choose a replacement or full refund
4. Change of Mind / Customer Remorse
If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or no longer needing it):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be returned in unused and resellable condition
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected
5. Restocking Fees
TidyAura does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)
- Used personal care or grooming items
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
For hygiene and safety reasons, used items are not eligible for return.
